DNS – Domain Name System. It connects your domain name and web host IP address to make your
website live

Hosting – Hosting is the location of all your website files. The hosting provider allocates space for
your files on a server

CMS – CMS is the platform where your website is built. CMS helps in managing your website content
and allows you to add users to your website with their respective access levels.

We recommend the most suitable CMS depending on the client’s requirements, but predominantly we use WordPress and use page builders like Elementor which is easier for clients to update after the website is built. WordPress is a very flexible CMS and supportive in creating websites that stand out without any restrictions.

We can also develop websites using platforms like Squarespace, WIX, Webflow Shopify, and WooCommerce.

We recommend Site Ground hosting to our clients for a few reasons, mostly due to the speed and performance of the websites and the added benefit of the security implemented by the hosting company.

Yes, you can, we do however recommend Site Ground for both hosting and domain, but we can transfer your domain name to Site Ground after the build is completed.

The time may vary but around 3 – 10 weeks from design to development. Often the time will vary greatly depending on the number of pages and the copy for the website, this is often the most time-consuming part and often delays production.

Yes, we do, our designers are creative and can re-design a professional, new look to an old, outdated website. If the website is between 3 – 5 years old, then you may require the website to be rebuilt in a new page builder as technology changes rapidly.

Our project management process involves everything, right from the beginning of the obligation-free consultation until delivering the project successfully. We first understand and plan based on the requirements, prioritise the tasks and start the execution with a well-structured process flow.

During the execution, we ensure to track and monitor the progress of the project, and during the final stage, we ensure to troubleshoot, test, and deliver it along with a final report of the project.

Yes, you sure do. We do not start the build until the design has been reviewed and signed off by you. This helps us to make the required changes before getting into the development process.

Yes, we make sure to build responsive websites which are accessible on both apple and android devices.

Yes, you can keep updating your website once it is built, and we highly recommend you do. If you don’t keep your website updated with fresh new content, there are possibilities to lose your online visibility in the search engines. We build the websites, so it is easy to update yourself and provide our clients with a handover document with credentials and tutorial documentation of how the content and images can be edited in the backend with ease.

Yes, of course, we can handle maintenance for a live website. We think it’s really a good idea that your website can be updated frequently. The ongoing maintenance can help to update your website, improve security, and reduce the risk of failures.

Don’t make assumptions. The site may break down due to reasons like temporary problems, problems in web hosting, etc. Your site may have been hacked or might be due to a technical error that needs to be fixed. We help analyse the problem that occurred and deliver solutions based on it.

Yes, you certainly do. Once the website has been designed and built, we hand over the hosting and domain to you. If you would like us to help maintain the website, we can provide you with an upfront 12-month costing. We normally suggest around 2-3 hours per month to provide maintenance and to help with content and image changes.

We couldn’t be happier! Please get in touch with us to say hi and tell us about your project. We’ll be sending through more information about our services, and if we are made for each other, we will book your project once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid.
