CLIENT: Grange Consulting
A rebranding for an independent and well-experienced corporate advisory firm based in Perth. With consideration of the wine-related name, as well as Grange’s company mission, we are using an oak barrel for the logo development approach for the same reason: Within the wine developing and maturing process, oak barrel plays a critical step that gives unique character on to the wine. In the ‘Grange’ development process specifically, the wine is the product of selecting the best parcels of grapes from multiple grape varietals and each vintage is unique from the last. Also, a barrel round shape is designed to be easily moved and transported and it conveys flexibility.
This is inspired by Grange Consulting’s practice of utilising their market experience, and the specialised skills from individual team members to consistently help their clients’ businesses grow, improve and mature.
Combining the G+C from Grange Consulting within the shape of an oak barrel. The usage of thin lines and a square shape around it is to create a classic and premium feel, the humanist sans-serif typeface is being used here to evoke a touch of modernity to compliment the classic feel that the logogram conveys.
The navy blue and gold visually enhance the brand image of reliability, trustworthiness, professionalism, and quality. Adding the year of establishment here is to emphasise the experience of the company.
